Adriana Baraldi
Clinic Manager
Adriana is the Clinic Manager at Kedras Clinics, where she oversees daily operations, supports the clinical team, and helps shape the strategic growth of the clinic. She joined Kedras in October 2024, bringing with her a strong background in administration, a deep understanding of human behaviour, and a genuine passion for mental health and client care.
Originally from Italy, Adriana moved to Edinburgh in 2018 to study Psychology and Sociology at university. Her academic background has shaped a thoughtful, people-centred approach to management—grounded in empathy, communication, and an understanding of diverse needs.
Adriana has worked in customer care and administrative roles since 2017, steadily building the experience and leadership skills that now guide her work at Kedras. As Clinic Manager, she ensures that both therapists and clients are fully supported: from maintaining seamless day-to-day operations to creating a welcoming, well-organised space where clinical excellence can thrive.
In addition to her academic and professional experience, Adriana holds a Mental Health First Aid certificate from the NHS and is fluent in both Italian and English. She brings a calm, attentive presence to the clinic and is known for her ability to balance practical problem-solving with a warm, human touch.
Whether she’s helping a client feel at ease or coordinating the tools and systems the team needs to deliver care, Adriana is committed to making Kedras a place where wellbeing is not only supported—but continually nurtured and advanced.
