Initial Assessment
Adults
The initial assessment lasts 1hr 15min, for a fee of £180
Under 18 (over 12 years old)
The initial assessment lasts 1hr, for a fee of £150
Ongoing Sessions
NEUROFEEDBACK
Neurofeedback sessions last 30 minutes for the fee of £80
Standalone sessions following initial assessment
NEUROFEEBACK and PSYCHOTHERAPY COMBINED
Neurofeedback and Psychotherapy combined sessions last 1 hour for the fee of £150
Integrated approach combining brain optimising and psychotherapeutic support
Discounts are available for multi-session bookings

Intensives Programmes in Edinburgh
We welcome clients from across the UK and abroad for short-term intensive programmes, tailored to your needs. These can include:
- Neurofeedback Only Intensives
- Neurofeedback + Psychotherapy Intensives
Programmes are typically structured over 3–5 days with multiple sessions per day

Consultation: £200
The consultation is completed either online or in person at our Edinburgh Clinic, by our Consultant Clinical Psychologist
Payments and Booking Policy
- All sessions are paid in advance via a secure Stripe link sent with your invoice
- You will receive this link by email once your booking is confirmed
- We do not accept private insurance
- Payments via credit/debit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay are accepted through Stripe
Common Questions
Do I need to commit to a full programme?
No. We begin with an Initial Assessment, after which you can book single or block sessions
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us directly in such cases
How many sessions will I need?
This varies — most clients attend 10–20 sessions. We’ll discuss a tailored plan after your assessment
